The Premium 2BCR is equipped with imported control valves with thermocouple for safety. The imported burners of 3, 4.5, 7.5 and 9 KW are available. GLACIES Premium 2+1 Chinese Cooking Range, is a high-end Chinese cooking range with imported low-pressure high efficiency WOK burners, and imported heavy duty vessel rests. It is designed with eye pleasing aesthetics and ergonomics, to go with the premium nature of the equipment. Built around an internal frame and cladded with 1mm THK ventilated side and rear panels, 2.5mm THK top panel, 1.5mm THK Splash Guard and 1.2mm THK control panel, all of which are AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel, the Premium 2 Burner Cooking Range provides with incredible reliability and ease of cleaning.The Premium 2+1 Chinese Cooking Range is provided with water spray system on the top panel and swivel type faucets on the splash guard. The Premium Chinese Cooking Range is equipped with imported control valves with thermocouple for safety, and Spark Generator for easy operation. The imported WOK burners of 18KW are provided for Chinese cooking and an imported normal burner of 3, 4.5,7.5 or 9KW in the middle.
